Sports

At Kawerau South School, we believe that Physical Education is an essential component of a well-rounded learning programme.  We are a part of the Kawerau Cluster, where our tamariki actively participate and compete at School, lnter-School, Eastern Bay and Bay of Plenty level in a range of sports.

Our goal is to provide and foster a range of sporting activities and skills, boost confidence,  promote whanaungatanga, and instil positive sportsmanship values, all while having fun.
